
Is it true realty and real estate appraiser careers are going to be obsolete soon?
well I read an article that stated with websites that determine the value your property or whatever realty isn’t going to be needed
Uh no.
The website, can’t view the interior of the property condition or know that if the property that sold 10 years ago is still being kept up to standards today or has been let go.
Those websites are not accurate and that is why NO lender uses them.
