Where should I buy beachfront real estate? In Ecuador or Costa Rica?
I am looking for cheap but quality beachfront property, where should I consider, Costa Rica or Ecuador?

well i live right now in the US,because of college.But i used to live my whole life in Costa Rica, on Coco Beach Guanacaste. In Costa Rica theres no stress at all, ull feel free as a bird = )this is a place thats growing by the day its a really a great investment, the people is the most friendly that ull ever find ( PURA VIDA, COSTARICA). Coco Beach its around all the most visited beaches and the enviroment its awsome. my parents own a construction company in this area.
