Costa Rica Beach Front Homes for me and my family?
I was looking into getting a Costa rica beach front home for me and my family hopefully before the summer of next year so that we can enjoy Costa Rica more often. Does anyone know any good real estate agency in the Costa Rica that sells fairly new beach front homes?

In my opinion, it’s a mistake for foreigners to own property in CR if they don’t plan to live there full time. Besides the inflated prices, possible scam scenarios, corruption (government, attorneys, inspectors, utilities, etc), you will have to worry about squatters. If you stay away for more than 3 months, some homeless vagrants can break into your house and take it over. And when you go for you annual vacation, you’ll find that you no longer own your own property. Costa Rica’s property rights laws are plain stupid.
