real estate license question in florida?
is it mandatory to have a ged or high school diploma in florida to take a real estate license couse? i was doing my ged but never finished and i went to do a medical assistant course and they had me take like a state test before i started the course…would they let me do the same for this?

You don’t need a H/S degree or GED either to take classes for a RE License. Just enough money to pay for the classes. A drivers license is good also. They may fingerprint you – when you try to apply for a job with an RE agency. As long as you have no felonies involving theft or fraud – you’ll be ok.
