Real Estate Newsletters

real estate newsletters
creative ideas for a business newsletter, it’s my first time!!!?

My friend runs a business in loans, real estate and auto leasing. He has asked me to help him in making monthly newsletters for his clients.

Now I just wanted to know what ideas you guys would have in including in the newsletter (other than info regarding loans, cars, and realty) that would give the client a less business-like feel to the newsletter.

For instance, we’re thinking of adding a part where we can list the names of clients whose birthdays fall during that months issue, maybe a quote of the day, a recipe, a true life story… I don’t know, that’s about the extent of it. I need help in thinking of other creative touches to put in a newsletter that doesnt want to be all-business but to make it more engaging for our clients by making it a little personal.

Any ideas? Thank you :)

What about:
- Top 5 – there are lots of these online, like Top 5 ways to get a better sleep – something not necessarily business, but interesting
- comic relief – a business cartoon
- making headlines – some recent news in the field of the business
- pictures are good to gain interest and take up room
- graphs to go with your articles
