How to retrieve money from sale of house without hiring a lawyer?
Me and my husband have been sep for over one year, we sold our matrimonial house and now the money is sitting in the real estate lawyers trust fund, it is being held there until there is written agreement between both parties, my husband won’t give a written agreement, I need my money!!! how to get it without hiring a lawyer, please help!!!!
ask if you can mediate some sort of deal between you and your husband… you husband is noncompliance a lawyer maybe needed to get him to sign the documentation…
